Cedecs-TCBL is proud to launch its first Gender Equality and Diversity Plan (2023-2025), developed by a dedicated Cedecs-TCBL group along European recommendations and supported with the group of TCBL experts whose experience on these matters was activated in our recent shemakes.eu project. As a pool of Europe-wide consultants, this actionable document aligns our belief in Diversity with concrete measures to develop knowledge, tools, data and feedback on our daily practices on Equality and Diversity. Ultimately, we believe that this is a way to better lead our missions on European change projects with a more integrated vision of the systemic challenges that our current world faces — on ecology, on social justice, and on economic development — and, consequently, to provide a broader range of solutions, by for diverse people. We all have a part in making our world more harmonious. Equality and diversity are major drivers of this ambition, which Cedecs-TCBL brings to the fore in order to make our distributed company great to work with, to foster values-based networks and to increase our project leadership, advice, or policy recommendations. The ambition of this Gender Equality and Diversity Plan (GEDP) is to set forth commitments and actions to promote gender equality and diversity, within an “action for change” framework, over the next 3 years (2023 – 2025). This GEDP targets each Cedecs-TCBL consultant at three levels: 1/ As a partner of Cedecs-TCBL SAS that values and disseminates diversity along with the six other key values set forth by the TCBL Association. 2/ As a contributor to the formulation of GEDPs specifically designed for individual projects in which they are likely to work. 3/ As a proactive participant in all professional contexts and networks, implementing principles of action and engagement in Equality and Diversity.
