A round table on opportunities and innovation


After the meeting of WINTEX partners on March 22 in Iasi (Romania), the project organized a round table on March 31 in Tunisia under the theme: “Textile innovation centers: entrepreneurial opportunities, technology transfer and innovation”. During this round table, the role of the centers created by WINTEX and their positioning in the textile value chain (in harmony with other existing structures), their sustainability perspective and the role of academic and industrial textile consultancy were discussed. planned to strengthen the networking of the different stakeholders in the Textile value chain in Tunisia. The Herewear community, a lever for innovation in a new sustainable sector


The community of companies involved in the Herewear project includes almost a hundred companies and research institutions! Herewear's main objective is to develop a new textile sector from biomass waste and recycled yarns. Members of the Herewear community can have preview access to the results of the project and above all can meet their peers in order to discuss their common concerns and implement shared solutions for this sector.

Shemakes.eu present at European Wool Day 2022


The shemakes.eu project was presented at the European Wool Day 2022. Shemakes.eu first communicated on the overall vision of the project: the construction of an ecosystem allowing women in the textile – clothing sector in Europe to participate more in the innovation in this sector. Secondly, IAAC, partner of the consortium, presented how to implement this ecosystem concretely in the wool sector.

CEDECS-TCBL

CEDECS-TCBL responded to several calls for projects on 1er quarter 2022


In continuation of the TCBL project, our added value is centered on social innovation essential to the transformation of each sector in the textile - clothing sector. This innovation aims to build the resilience of local ecosystems by connecting the stakeholders of the quadruple helix: researchers, businesses, civil society and institutional networks. It also aims to develop the connection of these different ecosystems, taking into account their realities and their economic or socio-cultural specificities.
